After-School Artists: Creative Exploration for Middle-Schoolers

Kids can explore different types of art each week in this after-school series.

Tuesdays beginning February 4, 4:30 – 6:00 PM for 4 weeks

Does your child enjoy the arts? Drop them off at the Gardens for four evenings of creativity and fun! Each week we’ll focus on developing different skills that they can continue practicing on their own:

• Week 1: bookmaking & paper arts
• Week 2: painting with yarn and alternative tools
• Week 3: fiber arts: weaving & fabric collage
• Week 4: intro to graffiti art using markers and chalk

Classes may be messy – please dress accordingly.
Designed for youth in grades 6-8.
