David G. Smith & Robert Deitch at the Goldfinch Room

Singer/songwriters David G. Smith and Robert Deitch will perform together at the Goldfinch Room on the Stephens Auditorium front lawn on Tuesday, September 21 at 5:30pm CST to wrap up the 9-show Goldfinch Room on the Lawn concert series this summer.

Admission will be $10 per person at the door. Doors will open approximately 30 minutes before show time. Face coverings are encouraged. Attendees should bring their own lawn chairs and/or blankets for seating. Pop-up tents and umbrellas will be allowed around the perimeter of the seating area.

Attendees may bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages, and Stephens Auditorium will provide beer, wine, soda, and water at an outdoor bar area. The Traveling Pig Food Truck will also be on-site offering chef-inspired mobile meals that feature local ingredients and global flavors.

About David G. Smith

Internationally-acclaimed singer/songwriter David G. Smith is an acoustic solo performer with a lyric intensive style featuring music and a voice that range from dirt-funk to intimate. Think James Taylor meets Townes Van Zandt. His music is featured on TNT, Lifetime Network, and Travel Channel, and he is a regular performer at the Bluebird Café in Nashville. His last 3 albums have been accepted for Grammy consideration.
