DESCRIPTION:Belly Dance\, Ages 14+\n\n\nThursdays\, 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm with optional choreography and intermediate technique from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm\n$10/session\nThis beginner – friendly class is designed for anyone interested in exploring the graceful and expressive art of belly dance. Each session begins with a gentle warm-up with stretching exercises to improve flexibility and get you in the groove. Skilled instructor\, Melinda\, of Mirage Middle Eastern Dance Troupe\, will cover basic techniques\, isolation exercises and short combinations. Connect with other dancers in a supportive and encouraging environment.
