This mixed-level adult class is designed for anyone interested in exploring the graceful and expressive art of belly dance with Melinda, of Mirage Middle Eastern Dance Troupe. Each session will be tailored to the students enrolled and will involve gentle warm-ups with stretching exercises followed by basic techniques, isolation drills, combinations, and choreography. Connect with other dancers in a supportive and encouraging environment. Wear comfortable clothing.
