Take time out of your day to practice self-care and make a mini-book reminder to take time for yourself. Pick out the cover papers and decorate the outside of your pocket-sized book, then learn about seven different types of rest and fill the book with personalized ways to incorporate rest in your life. People of all ability levels can benefit from knowing how to care for themselves and taking the time to do so. Everyone is welcome at the Workspace!
