Join us in the Harvest Vineyard Church lobby gallery for a conversation with curator Alicia Wilkinson and several featured artists from the Restoration exhibit. This collection includes works created locally and globally — from Ames to Mexico City, Botswana, and Uganda — through collaborative art workshops focused on creativity, healing, hope, and faith.
This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. From 4 - 5 p.m, moves for beginners are introduced with a different figure each week, along with techniques for better dancing. From 5 - 7 p.m, the floor is yours for dancing under Valerie's guidance and for working with different partners. An intermediate-level figure will also be introduced during this time. Wear dancing shoes, smooth-soled shoes, or socks.
